TruSox – Revoutionising the Rugby World
Designed to provide footwear stability and stop your feet from sliding inside your rugby boots, TruSox introduce a simple yet ground breaking concept which is being sported by the top players in both codes.
Speed and agility are two of the most important factors in most modern day sports so if you want to change direction quickly you have to maximise power transfer. TruSox feature a non-slip application on both the inside and outside which allow you to do this.
The innovative socks have already proven a big hit globally and are currently being pulled on by NRL stars Jarryd Hayne and Sam Tomkins.
Other high profile wearers include Scotland Rugby Union internationals Duncan Weir and Greig Laidlaw. These are only a few of the high profile players currently sporting TruSox on match days.
Utilizing the same concept as golf gloves, which help the golf club stay securely in the golfer’s hand, Trusox make players more secure within their rugby boots.
Trusox also help to prevent blisters which is accomplished via the patented and patent pending technologies built into TruSox. The innovative design has been created to stop the repetitive motions between the foot, sock and shoe, that are the leading cause of blisters.
Sporting the Trusox couldn’t be simpler, just follow the instructions below and they are ready for play:
1. Cut off the and dispose of the foot of your regular rugby socks
2. Put on your TruSox and wear the remains of your rugby socks as a leg sleeve
3. Overlap the leg sleeve with the TruSox by about 1-2 inches
4. Apply sock tape to keep them securely in place (as shown by Sam Tomkins in the image below)
With the end of the season fast approaching, many players will already be looking ahead to pre-season and TruSox are ideal for those seeking a competitive edge in terms of both performance and comfort.
