Rugby Boot Spotting – Six Nations, Round 2
Chris Ashton- Northampton Saints And England
We could not forget Ashton this week after his record 4 Tries against Italy. The Saints Wing now has 9 England tries in as many games. He also managed two of his famous swan dives. His Nike CTR 2 Boots in the White/Blue colourway looked great on pitch. The new colourway is a great alternative to the Red.
Yoann Huget- Bayonne and France
Adidas AdiZero RS7 Speed Boots
The Young French wing won his 4th Cap in the Win over Ireland. Has been in impressive form in the Top 14 in France. Has been one of Adidas’s main French players to debut the new Adidas RS7 Rugby Speed Boots.
Mirco Bergamasco- Racing Metro Paris and Italy
The Racing Metro Centre/Wing played well at Twickenham. Kicked his goals and carried well. His Adidas Predator RX Boots looked standout on the pitch.
Jonathen Davies- Scarlets and Wales
The strong Running Scarlets centre combined well with Jamie Roberts in The Welsh Midfield. Put in a nice kick through for Shane Williams Second try.
James Haskell- Stade Francais and England
Haskell marked his best test performance for England with a 40 metre try. The Stade backrower carried well and was sound defensively aswell. Will be looking for another couple big games with the return of Tom Croft in the not to distant future. Haskell’s new White R15 Boots looked great with the England Kit.
Thierry Dusautoir- Toulouse and France
The French Captain won Man Of The Match Against Ireland with another all action game. The Toulouse Flanker put in another big defensive effort and lead France to a rare Victory in Dublin, helping set up a massive game with England in two weeks.
