Autumn International Fixtures

Latest Rugby News from Lovell Rugby

The clocks have changed and the prospect of cold winter nights with little light is enough to discourage even the most passionate of rugby fans. For many the only ray of light is counting down the days until Christmas but fear not as November signals the autumn international season with plenty of action to put fire in your belly and warm you up.

As the top southern hemisphere nations swap their warmer climates for the cold, wet and wind of Europe, it’s the perfect opportunity to see a clash of the hemispheres and the world’s top players testing their ability against the elements as much as their opponents.

With New Zealand, South Africa, Australia and Pacific Island nations making the migration north there will certainly be no shortage of ferocious tackling and commitment on the field.  Will the All Blacks finish the year unbeaten and exact revenge for their only defeat last year to England, can Australia settle a score against players from the British & Irish Lions squad and will the likes of Tonga, Samoa or Fiji cause an upset on their travels?

So for the next few weeks, make a claim for your favourite seat in front of the box, put up the do not disturb sign and sit back to savour a rugby feast of the highest level.
